Founder & CEO
Prior to launching UniMobility, Elisa was the Group Head of International Mobility of a CAC 40 Company and was responsible for all aspects of expatriate management. She was a Manager at EY where she handled international assignment issues for large multinationals. She started her career at Fidal, a law firm with a best friend agreement with KPMG where she specialised in international tax, social security and payroll.
Max Newbigging
Principal Consultant
Max Newbigging has more than 18 years of global mobility experience, having run in-house global mobility functions and numerous business advisory and consultancy roles, including Old Mutual, Bank of Americal Merrill Lynch and PwC. Max has lived and worked in a number of international locations including, New York London and Hong Kong and has helped relocate the employees and senior executives of many leading businesses.
